Hi all!

For those of us who are not attuned to your choice of abbreviations, could you define what you mean by WWTP? And, for the county records, could you state where you found the MacGillivray's, the Western Wood-Pewees, and the Willow Flycatcher? Thanks.
WWTP stands for Waste Water Treatment Plant and is used commonly on other birding listserves in the state and around the country. Indeed, the correct acronym for the Sunnyvale Water Pollution and Control Plant would have been WPCP. Although I am experienced in other parts of the state, I have done little birding in Santa Clara County proper, so nuances in species abundances here relative to the rest of CA still elude me. Thus why I did not know there would be so much interest in the MacGillivray's Warbler (Bill is the fourth to email me today on the subject). The AHY, male MacGillivray's was at the water plant about 30 meters north from the gate on the left side of the trail. I also had a HY MacGillivray's Warbler in my yard last week that I had not thought to post. It must have been a desperate bird because it was foraging in the lawn (close to the brush edge, though); an odd behavior for the species. The Trail's Flycatcher and Western Wood-pewee were at the Sunnyvale Baylands.
