The use of acronyms should be used only when they are clear and
unique (Perhaps the Alviso EEC fits this category). There are many
"waste water treatment plants" in Santa Clara County and even if any
of us could figure out what "WWTP" meant, we would still not have a
clue which of these sites this acronym referred to. It is always
helpful if postings are reasonably precise and not ambiguous.
