[SBB] Harlequin duck at Coyote Point

Today at noon, I finally got a look at the "decoy". That's what my
friend and I call the Harlequin duck seen by so many birders besides
us. We decided it was a decoy on a string that someone put out from
time to time. It was with a bunch of scoters on the east side of the
breakwater. It is so colourful that it's easy to pick out. Very
beautiful bird, and a lifer!g
