[SBB] Stevens Creek N of Crittenden bridge

I walked from Crittenden bridge to the mouth of Stevens Creek this
morning. At least eight BROWN PELICANS were mixed in with about 120
swimming WHITE PELICANS. At least three SAVANNAH SPARROWS were along the
trail. On B1 near the mouth of the creek were one each female
BUFFLEHEAD, GREATER SCAUP, and LESSER SCAUP, floating with about 20
RUDDY DUCKS. I arrived at the creek mouth just after low tide (most of
the 10000+ shore birds were too far away for me, though some moved
closer as the tide came in -- I suspect being there as the tide receded
would be better). I didn't ID anything unusual among 100s to 1000s each
of Marbled Godwits, Long-billed Curlews, Willets, Western Sandpipers,
and American Avocets -- and four Black-bellied Plovers. Three RED-NECKED
PHALAROPES were on Crittenden Marsh. I saw just one GREATER YELLOWLEGS
and no Least Terns.
