I was meeting birders yesterday morning just across the Santa Clara County line at Mission and 680 (Park & Ride / McDonalds). This is where Alameda County starts.
There were roughly 25 - 30 WHITE THROATED SWIFTS flying about above the overpass as 680 crosses Mission. This is a spot you can often see them, but the numbers were higher yesterday than I've seen them lately.

Hi all. I saw about 15 or so White-throated Swifts overhead downtown
(3rd and Reed) about 5:00 PM today. Is this a "so what" post?
