This morning, 1/16/07, Pat Kenny and I saw the PELAGIC CORMORANT in the
usual spot on A2W. Then on Stevens Creek from Crittenden Lane we had two
HOUSE WRENs, one at the bridge and the other upstream 50 yards from the lone
eucalyptus. We heard and then saw a NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH both upstream and
downstream from the cut that connects the east and west channels, perhaps
100 yards downstream from where the wires cross the creek. We saw it on and
off from 10:20 to 10:50, often for scope views foraging on the west side of
the east channel.
