[SBB] Short-eared Owl at Byxbee Park, Palo Alto

Late report: several birders saw two SHORT-EARED OWLs appear out over the 
marsh east of Byxbee Park at about 4:15 pm on Saturday, 1/13/07.  One 
eventually flew over the first hill, very near the watchers, and perched at 
several locations on fences next to the landfill, working its way out of 
sight to the southwest.  The other owl was still visible over the marsh at 
about 4:40.
