[SBB] No Red-throated Loon

This morning Frank Vanslager and I were unable to relocate the Red-throated Loon (or a Eurasian Wigeon) in the west pond of the Sunnyvale Water Treatment Facility or in Salt Ponds A4 and A3W.  We only checked the eastern pond of the Water Treatment Facility from the hill located south of the ponds.
