This afternoon from the window of my office at the IBM Almaden Research Center, I saw a pair of Golden Eagles. One flew from a tree relatively close to my office to Harry Road access the ravine from my office, and then was joined by a second eagle. Both retired to an oak tree on the hill on the opposite side of Harry Road. I also saw a Say's Phoebe on my lunch walk down the hill.
