[SBB] Cool birding at Harvey Marsh

This morning Frank Vanslager and I had an AMERICAN BITTERN flying across the pond in the southwest corner of Harvey Marsh and five to six WHITE-THROATED SWIFTS over the northern edge of the Marsh.  Birding at New Chicago Marsh (with very high water levels) and at Sunnyvale Baylands Park was not only chilling but failed to produce any birds of note.
