[SBB] High tides / black rails

   This weekend, we will be experiencing some of the highest
tides of the year. Palo Alto Baylands has provided only a
few sightings of black rails during extreme tides the last
few years -- most notably the rail that took shelter under
the nature center last year.

   I've seen some previous discussion of Waldo's Dike near
Inverness in Marin County. I think there was mention of it
on SBB last year. Was there any concensus about the best
place to find black rails during big December tides?
Anyplace else that ought to be checked out?
