Following Matthew Dodder's posting yesterday, I saw
three GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GEESE with a flock of Canada Geese on the golf
course beside Geng Road this morning. They weren't around the pond but I got a
good look at them from a few yards down the bike trail.
Also there abouts were a LINCOLN'S SPARROW, a
BEWICK'S WREN busy with a dust bath, and a SAPSUCKER (which I missed identifying
further).
Across the road from the duck pond at Palo Alto
Baylands were 300+ BONAPARTE'S GULLS.
