[SBB] Upper Charcoal Road

On a morning that turned from gloomy, cold, and gray to warm and sunny, Pat
Kenny and I walked part way down Charcoal Road from Skyline. About a 100'
uphill from the Saratoga Gap OSP sign, which is perhaps a 1/4 mile down the
steep part of the road, we had a good flock: TOWNSEND'S, ORANGE-CROWNED, a
few YELLOW-RUMPED, 2 BLACK-THROATED GRAY, and 2 HERMIT WARBLERs; also
CASSIN'S and WARBLING VIREOs. Heard were RED-BREASTED NUTHATCHes and a
PILEATED WOODPECKER or two calling from down the hill.
