[SBB] Eurasian Wigeon at Palo Alto Baylands

   When I swung by the Palo Alto Baylands Thursday morning,
the unusually high tide had flooded the marina. The EURASIAN
WIGEON was not in his usual location opposite the ranger station
or picnic area. The wigeon, teal and shovelers had moved
back up the tidal channel. I quickly found the Eurasian
wigeon in the channel west of the restrooms by the sailing
station. As the tide went out, he returned to his normal
location opposite the ranger station.
