I got good long looks at the Eurasian Wigeon today
http://www.khosla.com/forthebirds/species/eurasianwigeon.html
It makes a loop around the "pond" as stated ... It feeds on the mudflats for about twenty minutes - a female northern harrier flys by, everyone scatters, and the drake moves to the area by the parking lot (at the east) and then makes its way around the pond, and starts feeding on the mudflats. It appears to have a female Am. Wigeon mate!
I saw a Clark's grebe in the area as well...
