Folks:
Today, 1/5/06, I stopped by the Alviso Marina CP and scoped shorebirds on
Salt Pond A8 across Alviso Slough from the levee there. I counted about 20
SANDERLING with my 30x scope. There were easily twice that many further
out that were likely that species. I did not find any Snowy Plovers, but a
better scope would help.
