I spent some time Saturday, 25 Feb 06, looking for the Snow Goose at
Shoreline. What I found was 2 adult GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GEESE at the Palo
Alto Golf Course. They were with a flock of CANADAS by the pond at the end
of Geng Road. The only other notable was a BURROWING OWL at the 12th tee of
the Shoreline Golf Course. This is the tee that is just off the bike path,
where it bends away from the west end of Shoreline Lake.
