[SBB] Ed Levin CP - Thursday AM

SBBirders,

Observations for Ed Levin CP this morning.

Janet and I parked at Spring Valley Pond and walked up the road behind the golf course and maintenance yard.

A Belted Kingfisher was circling over Spring Valley Pond.  A Lincoln's Sparrow was seen near the corral southeast of the pond.

40+ Wild Turkeys were seen in several smaller groups around the Spring Valley area and along the road behind the golf course.

Golden-crowned and White-crowned Sparrows were seen at numerous locations along the chain-link fence of the golf course.

A Hutton's Vireo was seen near the horse stables at the end of the road.

Three observations of Cooper's Hawk, but know way to know how many individuals were seen.  One near the SV Pond, one near the horse stables at the end of the road, one along Downing Road.

Janet collected 10 golf balls during the outing.  (For those counting!!)
