Today, the Peregrine Falcons showed up at the Water District Pond at 4:00pm.
The adult male first approached the island where he reportedly perched last
year, but since it was occupied by cormorants, he turned and landed in the
tree in the northeast corner where everyone has been seeing him this year.
Peter LaTourrette, Daniella T, and I were all waiting there with our
cameras. I've added pictures from today to the same gallery:
