[SBB] Lawrence's Goldfinches in San Antonio Valley

During a stop along San Antonio Valley Road on Tuesday just where the road from Mt. Hamilton enters the main valley, Michael McGrath and I saw LAWRENCE'S GOLDFINCHES on both sides of the road. The goldfinches appeared to be paired, with no more in any one group than two, and some singles. With their active behavior it was difficult to pin down the total seen, but I'd estimate perhaps 12-16 total over a quarter of a mile of the road that we walked. There were also four LEWIS' WOODPECKERS soaring about at this same site.

Later, we stopped at Frank Raines Regional Park and observed perhaps 10-12 PHAINOPEPLA. (Again, their activity made an exact count difficult. I did observe five at once at the top of a dead tree.)
