[SBB] Quicksilver breeding birds from McAbee entrance

Last night and this morning I walked my usual 2 mile loop in Quicksilver Park from the McAbee entrance and found the following breeding birds.

Pacific-slope Flycatcher nesting under reader board at the start of Mine Hill trail across from the porta potty. Female sitting on nest, male perched in nearby tree.

Two Hen Turkeys with a dozen young birds crossing Mine Hill trail.

A pair of Ash-throated Flycatchers on the fence in the meadow. Several pair nested nearby last year.

A pair of Bullocks Orioles seen at a nest in large Valley Oak. This tree is alone and in the middle of the meadow off Mine Hill trail as you're walking up the first hill.

At the junction of Mine Hill and Guadalupe Trail; Violet Green Swallow pair flying into nest cavity in Valley Oak tree across from bench. Female may be incubating eggs.

Pair of Orange-crowned Warblers seen with food, patiently waiting for me to leave so they could feed young; a short way along the Guadalupe trail.

Raven pair sitting on snags, male fed female

Going south or left on Senador trail at junction; four juvenile Am. Kestrels perched on tree in open area. Largest chick on prominent snag getting fed the most. Three smaller juveniles perched side by side on a branch vocalizing. This was quite a sight, and lighting was perfect at 6 pm. From here I turned back and walked down the Senador Mine trail.

Wrentit juvenile seen begging from adults.

Senador Mine trail near horse trough; Orange crowned Warbler pair seen feeding two juveniles. Finally!!

Juvenile Red-shouldered Hawk heard only. Four nestlings seen three weeks ago in nest on Whispering Pines.

Other birds of interest;
White tailed Kite flying from perch
Band tailed Pigeons
Blue-gray Gnatcatchers seen in same locations, but nests not found.
Cal. Thrashers heard in three locations, one seen on Mine Hill trail.
Ten Warbling Vireos heard, only one seen.
Ash-throated Flycatcher seen from Senador Mine trail near chimneys.
Adult Coopers Hawk perched on right past first iron gate.
White throated Swifts
House Wren again seen at entrance possibly nesting nearby
