[SBB] More Red Phalaropes at Palo Alto Baylands

There were three red phalaropes in the flood channel by the entrance 
to Bixby Park at the Palo Alto Bayland at 11 a.m. They worked their 
way down the channel toward the marina.

The were three pair of common goldeneye at the Bixby floodgate. Also, 
four pair of buffleheads engaged in some early mating dispays.
