[SBB] Lark Sparrow at CCFS

SBBers,

This morning (8/19/05) a drab 1st winter LARK SPARROW was on the road just past the fieldl station. Two juvenile RED-TAILED HAWKs perched on the bare tree behind the trailer. After they left two juvenile WHITE-TAILED KITEs replaced them.

The male ORANGE BISHOP was well seen in a tree east of the pond. It displayed an interesting behvaior fluttering its wings. Perhaps it was displaying to the female who was also in the same tree.
