I've been checking the fennel and the bushes near the Ranger house several
mornings this week -- have seen one LARK SPARROW, previously reported, a
couple of "WESTERN" FLYCATCHERS, had a gray-headed ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER
today. I have a photo of the latter, not the first two. Also photos of the
omnipresent YELLOW WARBLERS and COMMON YELLOWTHROATS, and of the rapidly
increasing horde of YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS. Photos are at the top, and then
further down past some recent Half Moon Bay raptors and shorebirds, on
http://www.pbase.com/tgrey/latest .
The Baylands landbirds, including a few extras, are gathered in a gallery
at http://www.pbase.com/tgrey/baylandsfall07 .
