Greetings,
I'll be in San Jose for work most of next week, and I'm looking for
suggestions on birding locations. I'm interested in some place that is
enjoyable to hike as well as bird.
I don't have a list of target birds, per se, but I'm interested in
trying for a Yellow-billed Magpie. I've read Sunol Regional Wilderness
is a good place, but I'm not sure how current that info is.
Other locations I've identified as possible places to check out include
Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve and Coyote Hills Regional Park
since that is near my hotel.
I'm open to all suggestions ....
Thanks,
-Keith
