[SBB] Blue-Winged Teal At Alviso EEC

At lunch today, 3/1/2007, there were a pair of Blue-Winged Teal (male and female) swimming in the pond right at the corner of State and Spreckles.

Nothing else unusual was around.  The flock of Ring-Billed Gulls in the same pond was smaller than it has been in past days.  A single Long-Billed Curlew was in with the Dowitchers and Avocets.
