[SBB] Bald Eagle nest on Calaveras Road

I was able to stop by the Bald Eagle nest on Calaveras Road this 
morning and two very large nestlings were still visible in the nest. 
They appear fully feathered, without much down, so I would imagine it 
is only a matter of time before they fledge.  The adults were not 
obvious around the nest the whole time I was there.  Does anyone know 
when these birds hatched or any additional information on the nest?
