[SBB] email glitches continue.

we have evidence that email glitches are continuing. Of course,
everything works fine for me, so I'm still figuring out what's going
on.

If you try to post something and it doesn't show up, please let me
know. Feel free to Cc: me on the posting so I know you're trying to
get it posted. And if we find things are disappearing, you're welcome
to send me the posting and I'll forward it to the list to get it out
until we get this all fully resolved.

I have some thought of what might have happened and I hope it'll clear
itself up soon, but I'll be looking into it in more detail as I have
any free time at all.

Most folks are reporting the emails are just disappearing. If someone
gets an error message to an email sent to plaidworks.com, please
forward it to me here at [[email protected]]

Sorry about this, folks.  We'll get it handled.
