[SBB] Charleston Slough, Shoreline

I made a quick trip to the west end of Mountain View Shoreline Lake and 
Charleston Slough this evening at 5:00. A COMMON LOON (non-breeding 
plumage or juvenile) was still on Shoreline Lake, as was a pair of SURF 
SCOTERS. A pair of Scaups was in the SW corner of the evaporation pond 
A1. The male's small bill nail size and head length and the female's 
head shape suggested Lesser Scaup, but the male's head seemed too round. 
A pair of PINTAILS was in the Forebay.
