Please excuse this email as it was intended only to the recipient.

However, the content is true to many SBB subscribers.  Once the
administrator switches SBB to Yahogroups, where the format is HTML or Plain
Text will not matter since Yahoogroups strips the HTML content (seen as an
attachment) and replaces it with "[Non-text portions of the message have
been removed].
