I visited the Pajaro River on Sunday, 1 Jul 07, with
Stephanie Ellis and Caitlin Robinson. We found the
family of BLUE GROSBEAKS that included the male,
female, and one immature. There were plenty of
SWAINSONÂ’S THRUSHES singing in this area as well. A
very birdy spot.
At the Coyote Creek Golf Course, the family of
GREAT-TAILED GRACKLES was still about. The immature
and the female were seen near the garbage dumpster,
and the male was seen from inside the club house,
flying past the window.
On Monday, 2 Jul 07, I found 3 LEAST TERNS at A2E, the
pond just north of Crittenden Marsh.
