[SBB] access to birds at water district

I've been asked to notify birders that the trail around the water 
district is closed at the north east corner. To view the birds in the 
river channel walk to the south end of the property. There is visitor 
parking near the older building at 5750 Almaden Exp. on the south side.

Turkey Vultures have discovered dead and decaying fish in the shallow 
river channel. Most of the birds I reported today were near the spillway.
