[SBB] Black Tern pic

I finally managed to get a half-way decent picture of one BLACK TERN at
A16 in Alviso this afternoon -- there from about 2.45 to 4.30. The single
bird I saw perched with Forster's on the SE end of the third island, and
cruised right along the west levee several times, bobbing up and down in
its distinctive flight. I saw the pairs of BLACK SKIMMERS on islands two
and three, and at one point I did see three Skimmers flying together, but
they landed on island three, and I couldn't sort out their relationship to
the nesting pair there.
