[SBB] Franklins Gull won't leave

Hi Birders-
 
At 12:15 this afternoon the Franklin's Gull was still at the Sunnyvale WPCP. It was floating on the west pond about 200 feet out from the levee, maybe 200 yards north of the crossover.
