[SBB] Sunnyvale WPCP

After leaving Mike and Steve in Alviso, 5 Aug 07, I
went to the Sunnyvale WPCP and walked out to the
channel between the two ponds. There were 700-800
VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOWS staging in this area, either
sitting on the wires or foraging over the slough. On
the way back I found a VAUX’S SWIFT in with them.
Hundreds of RED-WINGED BLACKBIRDS feeding along the
side of the old landfill contained at least one
TRICOLORED BLACKBIRD. The FRANKLIN’S GULL continued in
the channel, providing excellents views.
