  Any other photos of that tern? It actually looks like it perhaps is a
juvenile Arctic Tern to me, based on the bill size. But an upperwing shot
would be much more useful in making the determination. The dark leading edge
of the upperwing may be an effect of the angle..maybe. In any case it is a
"Commic" Tern, not a Forster's.
