[SBB] Rock Wren at Stanford's Lake Lagunita

     Lake Lagunita is now thoroughly dry and recently mowed.  The only 
break in this
large expanse of weed stubble is a square wooden platform, about 4-1/2 feet on
a side, resting on a jumble of flotation chunks and anchors near the 
northeastern
edge of the lake bed.

    At lunchtime today (9/25), a ROCK WREN was using this unusual habitat.
I doubt that it will stay for the rainy season.
