Folks:

I stopped by the Geng Road pond at about 1:30 pm today, 
11/20/06.  The sun was starting to burn through the cloud 
layer.  Between 100 and 150 Canadas were grazing or loafing on the 
golf course when I arrived, but no special geese.  Over the next half 
hour, a number of flocks of geese flew in; my final count was 
293.  The first wave included the BRANT, which then grazed for the 
rest of the period.  Later, two adult and an immature GREATER 
WHITE-FRONTED GEESE landed in the pond.  No sign of any of the other 
rare geese, though.
