OK, thanks for the correction. I always thought these guys in my back yard
were pretty scruffy lookin' so I'm glad they're not westerners. They must
have got a poor start in life. My mammal book notes that the Eastern Gray
aggressively waves its tail while calling "que que que." That nails it
down it for most of what I've got here.
That squirrel that was taken by the Cooper's Hawk a couple of years ago was
still shocked, no matter what its race. ;-)
