That pair of Loggerhead Shrikes have been on that stretch of barbed-wire fence for about a month now.  I mentioned them to Mike M. on the day that we first reported the Blue Grosbeaks at Ed Levin CP.  I think they have been hired by the park staff to count vehicles that pass.  LOL
