Folks:
Today, 1/12/06, I made a few stops along the South Bay. At Shoreline Lake
this morning, I could see the male BARROW'S GOLDENEYE feeding in the
northwest corner, but I didn't see any of the 2-3 females seen here over
the last three weeks. There were two BURROWING OWLS in the mounds across
from Michaels--one on each side of the bike path.
At the Charleston Road marsh around noon, I saw an ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER.
