Hi Birders-
I, too, went to look for the American Redstart this morning. With the weather looking sunny I thought I might get lucky on the third try. I found the bird almost immediately at 9:45, E of the bike path, 100 paces N of the Sycamore rest area, high in the canopy of oaks. It eventually moved lower, even foraging in the grass within 15 feet of me. After 15 minutes it disappeared.
