Hi Birders-
The two Eurasian Widgeons were still at Palo Alto Baylands this afternoon, behind the restroom at the end of the road at high tide. A splendiforous male Ring-necked Pheasant strutted his stuff for passing vehicles near the restroom. Despite the high tide, the only rails seen were three Clapper Rails a few feet off the boardwalk where it crosses the channel. And much Song Sparrow in several flavors.
