[SBB] lunch menu

At lunch time today,9 Feb 06, I went out to the EEC in Alviso once again to
belabor the gulls. Nothing unusual, however. I did have an immature
PEREGRINE FALCON in the area, and a MERLIN along the entrance road. Some
wigeon had shown up on salt pond A16 and one of them was a male EURASIAN
WIGEON, while another was a hybrid male EURASIAN x AMERICAN WIGEON. SAVANNAH
SPARROWS are in full song in the marsh and a BEWICK'S WREN along the slough.
Numbers of AMERICAN PIPITS (40+) were working the levee west from the EEC
and at least one BARN OWL still calls the nest box home.
