[SBB] Alviso/new chicago marsh note

They are going to be doing mosquito abatement spraying on about 500  
acres today in Alviso around the new chicago marsh area this morning  
via helicopter. Might be a good morning to NOT go birding down in  
that area.

IMHO: Jargon. Acronym for In My Humble Opinion. Used to flag as an  
opinion
something that is clearly from context an opinion to everyone except the
