[SBB] Palo Alto CBC - Los Trancos OSP

Title: Palo Alto Foothill Park CBC

Jost Bennett and I were Region 8, Party 6. Los Trancos OSP including Lost Creek Loop, Franciscan Trail, Fault Trail.

 

It was very cold and clear with a light breeze. Characterized by long quiet stretches with occassional large flocks of Juncos, and Tits.

 

Perhaps most interesting were 2 GOLDEN-CROWNED KINGLETs. Others of interest – 1 NORTHERN HARRIER, 3 BROWN CREEPERs,

9 HERMIT THRUSHes, 6 VARIED THRUSHes, 5 TOWNSEND WARBLERs, 4 FOX SPARROWs.
