A PECTORAL SANDPIPER was found this morning by Chris Wolfe from the
viewing platform of the boardwalk at the EEC in Alviso. The bird was
seen from about 10:15 to at least 11:00.
At about 11:30, 1 BAIRD'S SANDPIPER flew into an island at State &
Spreckles. Also seen in this area were 1 RED-NECKED PHALAROPE, 1 SNOWY
PLOVER on the salt pan near the railroad tracks and at least 10 VAUX'S
SWIFTS.
