[SBB] Coopers' Hawk - Wyndham Oaks

My condo complex is between Flickinger Park and 680.
Last night when I went to pick up my mail, I could
hear chestnut backed chickadees fussing.  They were
really agitated, so I tried to see where they were.
As I was looking for them, a Coopers' Hawk 'appeared'
on the balcony railing.  (The buildings are two
storied).  It also was looking for chickadees!

It was an adult, and appeared to be in really good
shape.  The red on the breast was not as bright and
appeared to be worn along the sides.  The railing was
on the same level (or slightly higher) than the
branches where all the noise was coming from.  I left
at this point.
