[SBB] Golden Eagles and Peregrine Falcons

I was in Almaden Valley's Guadalupe Oak Grove Park around noon where a GOLDEN EAGLE appeared to be hunting ground squirrels. She was circling fairly low then seen in a stoop and disappearing behind a hill. Half an hour later it was seen with another smaller GOEA flying west.

I then did a loop at the Santa Clara Valley Water District and found an adult and juvenile PEREGRINE FALCON perched in a leafless tree in the north east corner. The juvenile's back looked brown or dark gray depending on the light. It's undersides were heavily streaked with dark brown except for a narrow white chin. The top of its head had a few flecks of white. If they follow last years schedule they are more likely seen in the afternoon. The adult female PEFA is the larger of last years wintering pair. The juvenile appears larger than the adult and may also be a female.
