[SBB] Golden Eagle over Arastadero

A juvenile GOLDEN EAGLE was soaring in circles over the Arastadero
Preserve in Palo Alto about 10:30 this morning. It was a first-year
bird with very prominent white wing patches and tail band. It
gradually gained altitude over a period of about ten minutes
before drifting out of sight to the south.
